RANKING & RULES :This tournament will be an official Barbados Tennis Association ranking tournament. In addition to the Fact Sheet, the ITF Rules and Code of Conduct applicable to the events will be enforced.

FEES: $60 for Open only, $60 for Seniors only – see Age Groups below. Players that participate in Junior Nationals 2020 pay $25 for the Open categories. Players that participate in Senior Nationals 2020 pay $25 for the Open categories.

TIMES OF PLAY : Players who have matches scheduled on the first day will be informed by Whatsapp and so must put a valid cell phone number on their entry form. The Order of Play (OOP) will be provided by Whatsapp (broadcast group) by 9pm each night showing the FINAL schedule\OOP for the next day and the TENTATIVE Schedule\OOP for the following day. The onus is on parents\players to ensure they receive the daily Whatsapp broadcast or contact the Tournament Director by Whatsapp on 252-2351
BARBADOS TENNIS ASSOCIATION – MEMBERSHIP: All Players MUST be financial members of the Barbados Tennis Association to take part in this National tournament. New members must submit membership applications and fee at the time of entering the tournament.
