RULES: The ITF Rules and Code of Conduct applicable to the events will be in force, including the ITF Tournament Dress Code . (E.g. No big logos or college shirts). Additionally, The Top 8 Qualifying event will attract BTA Category ‘C’ Ranking points.
THE 15 MINUTE DEFAULT RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

We strongly recommend that payments be sent via bank transfer to the official account of the Barbados Tennis Association, however cash and cheque payments will still be accepted.
ENTRIES TO: All entries must be submitted using this GOOGLE FORM and submitted by the entry deadline. Players must pay the correct entry fees and any outstanding subscriptions prior to playing their 1st match. No telephone entries will be accepted. All entries must include a valid cell number to be used as the main contact number.

TIMES OF PLAY: Players will be notified of their match times by phone/whatsapp and so must put a valid cell phone number on their entry form.
Please note that depending on the size of the draw players may have to play more than one match per day (maximum of two).
BARBADOS TENNIS ASSOCIATION – MEMBERSHIP: All Players MUST be financial members of the Barbados Tennis Association to take part in this National tournament. New members must submit membership applications and fee at the time of entering the tournament.
