2012 Barbados ITF Senior Open Tennis Championships – Mens’ 35s & 55s and Ladies 45s – April 23-27

UPDATE – Sign-in Procedures etc

Please note the following procedures for the upcoming 2012 Barbados Senior Open ITF Championships :

Men’s 35s & 55s and Ladies 45s Sign-in deadline is Sunday April 22, 2012 between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm at the National Tennis Centre.

Sign-in will close promptly at 6.00 pm.

At Sign-in all players are required to bring:
Entry fee of Bds $100 (or US $50) in cash or a Bds cheque made payable to Barbados Tennis Association and
Valid passport or Barbados ID card.

Doubles Sign-in closes on Monday April 23 at 12.00 pm. Both partners must present themselves together at the Referee’s desk to sign-in.

Singles matches in all age groups will start on Monday April 23 at 9 am. Play will continue until noon and then resume at 3.30 pm until dark.

Doubles matches will start on Tuesday April 24 at 8.30 am.

The Tournament Referee will post the Order of Play on Sunday night at the National Tennis Centre but all Players should report for play no later than 8.30 am on the first day.

The Order of Play for each day will also be posted daily on the Association’s website.

The ITF Senior Circuit Code of Conduct will apply to the Tournament and all Players are expected to observe the Code and not be cited for any Code Violations, which include conduct such as verbal abuse, ball abuse, racquet abuse, audible obscenities, visible obscenities, unsportsmanlike conduct, etc, etc. See Section 5 (Page 138) of the 2012 Senior Circuit Regulations – link above.
